GLOUCESTER – Mary Ellen Rose, PhD., is running for Mayor of Gloucester with the goal of promoting and implementing four basic ideas: Economic Strength, Suitable Infrastructure, Education Excellence and Community Engagement. My professional experiences have included global, national, state, regional, and community-level organizations. Many of the initiatives I’ve helped develop throughout my career have had far-reaching impact both nationally and globally. I’ve held leadership roles in both volunteer and professional capacities.
