Endicott Men’s Hockey Defenseman Earns Honor

BEVERLY – Endicott junior defenseman Logan Day (Seminole, Fla.) has been named to the D3hockey.com Team of the Week, as announced by the organization earlier today.  D3 Hockey Team

The D3hockey.com Team of the Week honors the best performances among the nation throughout the NCAA Division III hockey landscape. D3hockey.com Team of the Week nominees are submitted by their college’s Sports Information Directors and selected upon by the D3hockey.com Staff.

Last week for Endicott, Day turned in a pair of strong performances in aiding the Gull cause during a pair of CCC wins over Suffolk. He had a goal and an assist in Friday’s 7-3 win, and scored a shorthanded goal while assisting two other special teams tallies in Saturday’s 6-1 win.

This week’s D3hockey.com national weekly honor is the third of Day’s career (2/22/17, 11/8/17, 2/7/18).

WHAT’S NEXT
No. 8/9 Endicott (17-4-2, 13-3-0 CCC) will travel to No. 10/10 University of New England on Friday, February 9 at 7 PM.
