Swampscott Humphrey Street Road Construction Update – From Town of Swampscott
Weekly Update
As part of the Humphrey Street Improvement Project (Lynn line to Fish House), the Town will be performing the following actions over the next few weeks:
• Left turn lanes and bike lanes –next week
• Bike racks – October
• New street trees w/ grates – October
The Town will also be implementing the following items later this year:
• New street lights – date TBD
• Entry banners – date TBD
Installation dates will be updated as we schedule them for implementation. All dates are weather-dependent.
We’ll continue to update the community every Friday with project updates as we work to beautify and improve the safety and access in our historic downtown.
The Nature Center at Endicott Park is coming along nicely! The DPW has finished work on the walkway.
