NAHANT – (Photos) The Tudor Wharf improvement construction project has started. Work is expected to take several weeks to repair the current seawall and replace the boat launch ramp. The cost of the project is estimated at $640,000 with the town receiving $410,000 in a Seaport Economic Grant. The town approved the remaining amount at town meeting with funds coming from the Community Preservation account. The wharf is home to commercial fisherman, recreational boaters, and the town youth sailing program.
