NORTH SHORE – The fatal fire at 11 Beach Road in Lynn remains under investigation by the Essex District Attorney’s Office and the Office of the State Fire Marshal. The victim has been identified as Alexander Joshua, 41, who resided in the third floor apartment in the building.
