Boys Tennis

On the first really warm day of the season, 11 Marblehead boys travelled to Salem Willows and beat Salem 5-0 and 2-0 in sub-V play.

1.            Senior quad-captain Justin Faia beat Ryan Farley 6-0, 6-4

2.            Senior quad-captain Felix Litvak beat Gabriel Forcioe 6-0, 6-1

3.            Sophomore Billy Ackerman beat Clayton Dufflin 6-1, 6-0

1st doubles Senior quad-captains Sam Orenstein and Garrett Tully beat Jared Lodoris and Tim Farley 6-3, 6-2

2nd doubles: Sophomores Dan Litvak and Jack Quigley beat Egan Colonetti and Raemond Quiores 6-1, 6-0

In first sub varsity sophomores Adam Sherf and Tony Gluskin won 6-0, and in second Juniors Harry Dolin and Mason Friedman won 4-0.

 MHS is now 5-0 in league play and 5-3 overall. Next up is Danvers on Monday and Winthrop on Wednesday.
