The victim in Monday’s shooting on Jefferson Street in Lynn died yesterday evening at Massachusetts General Hospital. He is identified as Rafael SUAZO, 23, of 12 Sonoma Street #1 Boston, MA.
Sharona Landy, 32 and Vinchenzo Pintone, 33, both of Peabody are alleged to have purchased heroin from SUAZO and were expected to be arraigned Tuesday in Lynn District Court.
The Essex District Attorney’s Office is investigating the shooting.
