LYNN – (Audio) The system-wide computer system for Lynn Public Schools was made aware of a cyber-attack due to a computer virus on March 20 that forced the district to shut down its computers. Since then, the School District has been working with an outside cyber security firm to find out where the virus came from, how to eradicate it and how to protect the system’s computers in the future.
