Lynn Classical Girls Basketball Tops Revere 49-47 – Steal and Game Winning basket by Irianis Delgado – Videos – Game Broadcast

LYNN – (Radio) The Lynn Classical girls basketball team led by 12 points at the half (29-17) and had double digit leads in the second half until Revere took a 47-45 lead with 1:50 to play in the game. Classical did close out the game to win 49-47 improving to 7-0 in the conference 11-1 overall. Revere falls to 6-1 in conference play and 6-3 overall. With the game tied at 45 Classical’s Irianis Delgado stole the ball in back court and drove to the hoop to score the winning basket with 5 seconds to play. Delgado finished the night with 16 points and teammate Tyarah Horton added 11 points. Revere’s Valentina Pepic led all scorers with 19 points. Lynn Classical’s Paris Wilkey did not play due to an injury that is day to day.
