Endicott College Men’s Basketball Player Earns Another Honor
BEVERLY – Endicott sophomore guard Keith Brown (Pelham, N.H.) has been named to the D3hoops.com Team of the Week for games played from November 15-26.
During the D3hoops.com reporting period, Brown averaged 32.7 points per game over three contests for the Gulls (2-1 record). Brown scored 38 points (13-of-26 FG, 2-of-2 FT, 10-of-19 3FG), and had six rebounds, two steals and a block in Endicott’s opening win against Regis (Nov. 18). While against then No. 7 Babson (Nov. 19), Brown scored 45 points (15-of-25 FG, 5-of-5 FT, 10-of-15 3FG), just two short of the Endicott single-game record, as the Gulls defeated the defending National Champions 90-80. He also scored 15 points in a loss to then No. 8 Middlebury on November 26.
This marks Brown’s third honor this season as the sophomore guard collected Commonwealth Coast Conference (CCC) Player of the Week accolades and United States Basketball Writers Association (USBWA) Division III Men’s Basketball National Player of the Week honors a week ago for his efforts against Regis and No. 7 Babson.
WHAT’S NEXT
Endicott (2-1) visits Nichols on Wednesday, November 29 in a rematch of last year’s CCC championship game.
