GLOUCESTER – (Audio) The crew of the Gloucester-based fishing vessel Ann Rowe walked away uninjured after the boat was reported on the rocks early Thursday morning.  Members of the Gloucester Fire Department were first on the scene just before dawn as the boat was perched on the rocks off Eastern Point near the Coast Guard Light House station.  According to the Gloucester Times, the vessel was successfully refloated during daylight hours and successfully towed to dry dock.  The vessel is owned by long-time Gloucester fisherman Don Lowe.
