GLOUCESTER – The Gloucester Fire Department confined a garage fire to a small area today in a congested neighborhood in East Gloucester. According to Deputy Fire Chief Tom LoGrande, firefighters needed approximately 20 minutes to extinguish the fire at the rear of 6 Highland Street. There were no reports of injuries.
