Cut Bridge Creates Traffic Havoc

The Blynman Bridge on Western Avenue along Gloucester’s Boulevard was stuck in the up position for about an hour and a half Thursday afternoon.  The result was gridlock on several major streets in Gloucester as access to and from the city was limited to Route 128.
