BEVERLY – (Radio – Video – Photos) City of Beverly officials took their oaths of office today at Beverly High School. Mayor Michael P. Cahill took his third oath today, new councilors at large Timothy Flaherty and Julie Flowers (video below) joined the council and Kelley Ferretti joins the school committee. In the Mayor’s inaugural address Cahill noted the plans have started to plan for a new police station, money for updated city playgrounds, $3 million added to the city’s stabilization fund, and developing a plan for the future of the Briscoe Middle School.
