BEVERLY (Video Features) As the sun was setting Wednesday afternoon the Beverly boys soccer team wrapped up practices, prior to their MIAA D-2 opener vs. Whittier Tech on Thursday afternoon at 1 p.m. The game will be played in Beverly. Beverly captured the Northeastern Conference North championship last week when they closed out the season with a tie against Danvers.
